The benefits associated with POPcoins are subject to change at the discretion of POPclub without prior intimation.
POPcoins come with a validity of six months from the date of issuance. The same can be changed with prior intimation to customers at the discretion of POPclub.

If you opt for the said option of withdrawal, we shall not be bound to provide Services to you.

All claims, differences, and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation to the Terms & Conditions or any transactions entered into on or through the website or the relationship between you, and POPclub Vision Tech Limited shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra and you hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
